CryptoFeesIndia is an independent, informational platform that compares publicly available fee data, trust scores, and regulatory status (including FIU-IND registration status) for centralized and decentralized cryptocurrency exchanges. We are not an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial advisor, and we do not facilitate trades.
Content on the Site — including fee comparisons, trust scores, verification reports, and the fee calculator — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We source fee and market data from exchanges' official pages, public APIs (CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, DefiLlama), press releases, and financial media, and we refresh this data on a regular schedule. However, exchange fees, promotions, and regulatory status change frequently and without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify fees and registration status directly with the exchange or the relevant regulator (e.g., fiuindia.gov.in) before trading.
A "Verified" badge reflects the outcome of our own manual checks (liquidity verification, withdrawal testing, KYC testing, a security review, and support testing) at the time noted on the badge. It is our independent assessment, not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the exchange's ongoing conduct, solvency, or security.
The Site displays third-party advertisements (via Google AdSense) and sponsored placements submitted through our Advertise With Us program. Sponsored content is labeled "Ad" or "Sponsored." Inclusion of an exchange or project in a sponsored placement does not imply endorsement, and does not affect that exchange's fee data, trust score, or FIU status shown elsewhere on the Site.
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract Site data in violation of these Terms; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation; misrepresent your identity when registering or submitting an advertising brief; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The CryptoFeesIndia name, logo, and original content (excluding third-party data, exchange logos, and trademarks, which belong to their respective owners) are the property of CryptoFeesIndia. Exchange and protocol names/logos are used for identification and comparison purposes only.
The Site links to third-party exchange websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoFeesIndia and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information provided, including trading losses, losses due to exchange insolvency or fraud, or losses from outdated fee/regulatory data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
